Anti-Bullying Statement
Cornelia Connelly Center is committed to providing a learning environment where every student is safe, known, and respected. Bullying, harassment, and cyberbullying are not tolerated at CCC.
Bullying and harassment include conduct—whether in person or through electronic communication—that creates a hostile environment or interferes with a student’s educational experience or well-being. This includes behavior that occurs on school property, at school-sponsored events, and online. CCC will also respond to off-campus conduct when it creates, or would foreseeably create, a risk of substantial disruption within the school environment.
CCC takes all reports seriously. Students, families, and staff are encouraged to report concerns promptly so we can respond with care and urgency. Reports are reviewed and addressed through a timely process that prioritizes safety, appropriate documentation, and follow-up actions designed to stop the behavior and prevent recurrence. Retaliation against anyone who reports concerns in good faith or participates in an investigation is prohibited.
