Extended Day

Connelly Middle School has partnered with Grand Street Settlement to provide after-school programming for our students. Grand St. Settlement was founded in 1916 to serve the immigrant and poor residents of Lower Manhattan. Four decades ago, Grand Street strategically expanded programs to Brooklyn in response to the community's needs.

Across 35+ locations, families can access a wealth of programs that provide the resources and strategies for success: high-quality early education and child care, safety net support and access to benefits, hands-on afterschool and summer learning, and a vibrant and supportive community for local seniors

Extended Day takes place in CCC’s building from 3pm-6pm. Activities include sports such as volleyball, basketball, softball, Jiu-jitsu, and track. We also offer art club, fashion club, photography, STEM, and musical theater.
